Nostell Priory, History of a House 1730 – 85
In 2017 as part of the James Paine Festival 2017, Dr. Frances Sands, Curator of Drawings and Books at the Sir John Soane’s Museum, gave a talk on the work of James Paine at Nostell Priory. Her talk was based on her Ph.D. thesis entitled Nostell Priory, History of a House 1730 – 85.
